In the traditional brewing method, coffee beans are soaked in hot water and then roasted at high temperatures for a long time to extract the flavor and aroma. This method is called "roasted coffee".

In contrast, the traditional brewing method of "brewed coffee" is relatively quick and easy, and is achieved by infusing coffee beans with hot water, without roasting. This method is called "brewed coffee".

The difference between roasted coffee and brewed coffee is mainly in the brewing method, with roasted coffee being more time-consuming and more complex, and brewed coffee being relatively easy and quick.
